On a day-to-day basis, this means:\nSupport prospecting and headhunting efforts. Not just finding the right candidates, but nurturing relationships early and building long-term pipelines\nSource candidates from diverse channels and screen resumes and applications with a strong quality bar\nTake hands-on ownership of role coordination that goes beyond scheduling (much of which is automated) to stay closely involved in progress, blockers, and outcomes for each role\nConduct interviews and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments\nPartner closely with hiring managers to align on role expectations, feedback, and hiring timelines\nCommunicate clearly with management and team members to provide regular status updates\nTake on additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-moving startup environment\nQualifications: \n6+ months of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment\nFresh Graduates are welcome to apply\nStrong attention to detail with relentless follow-up\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills\nBonus points if you have experience in a start-up environment and/or in-house recruitment\nDetails:\nJob Location: Work From Home / Remote\nWorking Hours: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday\n Compensation: $400 or $550 base (adjusted based on experience) + $40 night shift allowance monthly\nAt Fresh Prints, we deeply value the long-term contributions of our team.
