We find incredible students and give them training and support to build the business at their schools. \nThe Licensing Team plays a critical role in reviewing and approving proofs for brand compliance, but we believe it can do a lot more. We're looking for a Licensing Manager who can modernize how the team operates while unlocking new growth opportunities, turning Licensing from a function that manages approvals into one that actively drives revenue and efficiency.\nA big part of this role is bringing structure and automation to a function that's relied on a lot of manual work. We're looking for someone who can identify where processes are slow or repetitive, and build the systems and workflows to fix that, while also developing stronger relationships with key partners that open up new growth for Fresh Prints. \nThis role has an impact on:\nHow do we build stronger, more strategic relationships with our licensing partners?\nHow do we grow the Licensing team into a function that drives real, measurable business impact?\nHow do we replace manual, repetitive licensing workflows with automated, scalable processes?\nWe're looking for someone who can think strategically, isn't afraid to overhaul how things are done, and ideally has experience in licensing. You will be given the space and guidance to have a tremendous impact. \nKey Responsibilities\nLead the Licensing team, owning both daily operations and long-term improvements\nOversee and improve core workflows, including trademark checks, design approvals, licensing portal submissions, and royalty reporting and tracking\nManage relationships and communication with university and Greek licensors, and build the kind of long-term partnerships that open doors to new opportunities\nIdentify and pursue new licensing opportunities, expanding our network of partner schools and organizations\nDrive key initiatives to modernize the function, including:\nRolling out AI-powered tools for faster, more accurate licensing checks\nAutomating and scaling RFP submissions to acquire new licenses\nStreamlining royalty report generation\nPublishing and maintaining up-to-date licensing guidelines and SOPs\nCollaborate closely with Tech, Product, Sales, and Design to get initiatives built and adopted\nCoach and support the team through strong documentation, clear SOPs, and direct feedback\nRequirements\nAt least 3+ years in operations, licensing, compliance, or similar roles\n At least 1+ years of experience managing a team\nStrong project management and workflow optimization skills\nExperience identifying inefficient processes and implementing automation or tools to streamline them\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills\nStrong relationship-building skills, with a personable, professional style that resonates well with Licensing Directors and other US-based partners\nFamiliarity with US university and Greek life culture, or a strong willingness to quickly get up to speed on it\nAnalytical mindset with attention to detail\nComfortable navigating multiple tools and systems (Gmail, Google Sheets, Airtable, etc.)\nBonus if you've worked with licensing platforms (e.g., Affinity, DLH, BrandComply, etc.)\nPersonal Attributes\nStrategic operator: You can zoom out to see the bigger picture and improve how things work, while staying hands-on enough to get into the details when it matters\nRelationship-driven: You build trust easily and know how to turn a good conversation into a lasting partnership\nOwnership mindset: You don't wait for direction; you see what needs to change and drive it forward\nCalm under pressure: You can manage competing priorities and tight timelines without losing your cool\nCoach at heart: You genuinely enjoy developing people, and you lead with clear expectations and honest feedback\nComfortable with ambiguity: You're energized, not intimidated, by building something that doesn't fully exist yet\nJob Location: Work From Home / Remote\nWorking Hours: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Philippine Time, Monday to Friday\nMonthly Salary: Competitive salary, depending on experience\nAt Fresh Prints, we deeply value the long-term contributions of our team.
