You should be as comfortable in a deal as in a forecast review, and you should have a real point of view about how B2B software gets sold.\nYou might be a fit if:\nYou've built or substantially rebuilt a sales function (hiring, methodology, tooling, forecast discipline).\nYou've carried a team number and owned net-new revenue, renewals, and expansion.\nYou've sold across more than one motion (sales-led alongside product-led / self-service) and managed the handoff between them.\nYou work well with the people downstream of the sale: Customer Experience, Product, Finance.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn net-new revenue in the purpose-built and sales-led channels, pipeline through close.\nOwn commercial renewals and expansion on Sales-owned accounts.\nBuild the function: process, methodology, tooling, cadence, and the team itself.\nBuild the playbooks (prospecting, qualification, discovery, deal structure, negotiation, renewal, expansion) and the forecast discipline behind them.\nDecide, jointly with the Head of Customer Experience, when a self-service account has grown into a sales-led motion.\nWhat this isn't\nThis isn't a caretaker role for an existing pipeline. If you need a built-out team, a mature CRM, and a set motion to be effective, this will frustrate you.
