Account Manager

Freshmade is a boutique agency that modernizes food brands through natural brand intelligence, creative thinking, and smart design. Our expertise spans CPG brand strategy, brand design, brand narrative, and brand activation for both B2C and B2B platforms, from package design to digital content creation. We're laid-back about most things, but not the quality of our work. We do not settle.

We're looking for an account manager who's also excited to help lead our own marketing. On the client side, you'll organize briefs, build timelines, proof work, wrangle creatives, and do whatever else it takes to get the very best work out the door on time and in scope. On the Freshmade side, you'll help us tell our story, from social and our newsletter to case studies and new business materials. Because we're a small team, no job is too big or too small, and the right person will love that about us.

You've never once said "that's beneath my pay grade" (or above it, for that matter). We don't have egos here, and we're looking for someone who doesn't either.

You love a good heart-to-heart. You aren't afraid of candor, because you know honest conversations are how everyone gets to a solution that works for both sides.

You come to the table with ideas. When something goes sideways, you're the person who shows up with a few creative ways to fix it rather than just flagging the problem.

You're curious about marketing and how brands earn attention, and you'd love the chance to put that into practice for an agency that does it for a living.

You stay positive no matter what, and you're all in on a go-team mentality. When the team wins, you win.

You take responsibility. You aren't afraid of failure, because you know that's where the real growth happens.

You adapt easily, whether that means learning a new client's way of working, adjusting to a teammate's style, or settling into a new environment.

You're drawn to boutique life. A small, tight-knit team sounds exciting to you, not limiting, and you believe that good work leads to good things.

• At least 3 years of experience in account management, with agency experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience in marketing communications (social, email, content, or PR).
• A genuine love of human connection and a track record of thriving in client-facing roles.
• Sharp skills in quality assurance, proofing, and reviewing work before it goes out.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail, the kind that catches the typo everyone else missed.
• Real pleasure in multitasking and juggling a variety of responsibilities at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity and range. You're interested in a lot of things, and you're comfortable wearing many hats.
• A reputation for being a genuinely pleasant person to work with.
