Your expertise will also contribute to the development and training of next-generation AI systems.\nNo prior AI experience is required. Your professional knowledge and real-world finance experience are what matter most.\nWhat You'll Do\nReview financial statements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GAAP or IFRS.\n\nAnalyze financial data and identify inconsistencies, risks, or reporting issues.\n\nDevelop, review, and validate financial models using advanced Excel functions.\n\nAssess audit procedures, supporting documentation, and internal control frameworks.\n\nReview tax compliance documentation for accuracy and alignment with applicable requirements.\n\nPrepare clear, detailed reports summarizing financial findings and recommendations.\n\nEvaluate financial documentation and reporting practices against established standards.\n\nDevelop real-world financial scenarios and case studies based on professional experience.\n\nProvide concise, constructive feedback on financial analysis, reporting, and documentation.\n\nApply sound professional judgment when evaluating complex financial information.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n5+ years of hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, auditing, or tax compliance.\n\nStrong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and international financial reporting requirements.\n\nAdvanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and analytical functions.\n\nProven experience conducting audits and preparing audit documentation.\n\nStrong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and reporting processes.\n\nExperience analyzing financial statements and complex financial data.\n\nAbility to explain complex accounting and financial concepts clearly and accurately.\n\nStrong written communication and analytical skills.\n\nExcellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or risks.\n\nAbility to provide objective, well-supported feedback and recommendations.\n\nExperience with finance process improvement or technology-driven finance projects is a plus.\n\nCPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is highly valued.\n\nIdeal Candidate\nThis opportunity is well suited to an Accountant, Auditor, Financial Reporting Specialist, Tax Professional, Finance Manager, or accounting
