Your CRM and sales operations expertise is what matters most.\nWhat You'll Do\nEvaluate CRM workflows, sales processes, and automation logic across leading CRM platforms.\n\nReview and assess processes within platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.\n\nDocument existing sales operations processes, workflows, and procedures.\n\nIdentify process inefficiencies, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.\n\nProvide real-world CRM operations scenarios, examples, and best practices.\n\nReview, analyze, and annotate CRM records, data, and user interactions.\n\nAssess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with real-world sales operations.\n\nProvide clear, actionable feedback on CRM processes and system outputs.\n\nContribute to documentation, training materials, process guides, and CRM-related content.\n\nHelp evaluate how effectively systems handle common sales operations and CRM use cases.\n\nRequirements\n3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM operations, sales operations, or a closely related function.\n\nStrong practical experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot.\n\nExperience optimizing sales processes, workflows, or CRM automation.\n\nStrong understanding of CRM data management and data integrity.\n\nAbility to analyze complex sales workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.\n\nStrong process-mapping and analytical skills.\n\nExcellent attention to detail.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbility to document processes clearly and provide practical, actionable feedback.\n\nAbility to work independently and contribute effectively in an asynchronous environment.\n\nNo formal degree is required;
