The role combines practical accounting judgment with hands-on ERP and financial systems knowledge, covering processes from transaction capture through month-end close and financial reporting.\nNo prior AI experience is required. Your accounting and financial systems expertise is the primary focus.\nKey Responsibilities\nAccounting & Financial Analysis\nEvaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for technical accuracy, including accounting treatments, calculations, journal entries, and explanations.\n\nReview financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end close workpapers.\n\nIdentify potential misstatements and determine appropriate accounting treatments with clear rationale.\n\nApply relevant accounting standards when assessing outputs and financial information.\n\nFinancial Systems & ERP\nAssess accounting workflows and financial-system logic across platforms such as:\nNetSuite\n\nSAP\n\nOracle\n\nQuickBooks\n\nXero\n\nDynamics 365\n\nUse hands-on knowledge of financial systems to identify issues, inconsistencies, and process gaps.\n\nEvaluate how accounting processes operate across modern ERP and financial technology environments.\n\nAI Output Evaluation\nApply written rubrics and grading guidelines consistently when rating or ranking AI-generated accounting outputs.\n\nIdentify ambiguous or complex cases and flag them appropriately.\n\nContribute real-world accounting scenarios and reference answers based on practical financial systems experience.\n\nFeedback & Documentation\nProvide clear, detailed, and actionable written feedback to project and model teams.\n\nDocument accounting issues, correct treatments, and supporting rationale.\n\nCommunicate findings in a way that supports continuous improvement of AI systems.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n3+ years of hands-on experience in financial accounting, corporate accounting, month-end close, audit, bookkeeping, financial reporting, management accounting, cost accounting, or FP&A with substantive accounting responsibilities.\n\nPractical experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.\n\nHands-on experience with financial systems or ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365, Workday, or comparable systems.\n\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.\n\nStrong understanding of accounting processes from transaction capture through month-end close and financial reporting.\n\nAbility to identify accounting errors, misstatements, system issues, and process inconsistencies.\n\nStrong analytical and accounting judgment.\n\nAbility to apply written rubrics and detailed evaluation guidelines consistently.\n\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).\n\nAbility to clearly document findings, accounting treatments, and rationale.\n\nReliable internet connection and immediate availability.\n\nPreferred Experience\nExperience with adjacent finance tools such as BlackLine,Bill.com, Ramp, Brex, Stripe, Avalara, Anaplan, Tableau, or Power BI.\n\nPrevious paid experience in human-data projects for AI, including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.\n\nPrevious participation in similar financial systems or accounting evaluation projects.\n\nCompensation\n$90-$170/hour\nAnnualized Equivalent:
