Prior AI experience is not required.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcurement Task Design\nDesign and author expert-level procurement tasks reflecting real-world complexity.\n\nDevelop scenarios involving RFP drafting, bid evaluation, supplier scoring, and contract negotiation.\n\nEnsure procurement tasks accurately reflect practical sourcing and purchasing challenges.\n\nBid & Supplier Evaluation\nAnalyze non-standardized vendor submissions and create detailed comparison matrices.\n\nEvaluate supplier quotations, specifications, pricing, and technical documentation.\n\nDevelop defensible sourcing recommendations supported by clear and well-reasoned justification.\n\nApply procurement judgment to vendor comparison and bid analysis.\n\nProcurement Artifacts & Scenarios\nSource, create, and format realistic procurement artifacts.\n\nWork with supplier quotations, specifications sheets, pricing tables, and technical documentation.\n\nRepresent procurement information across multiple inconsistent formats.\n\nDevelop scenarios relevant to specialized procurement environments, including IT, industrial, and professional services.\n\nRubrics & Evaluation Standards\nDevelop comprehensive grading rubrics for evaluating procurement-related AI performance.\n\nEstablish clear standards for vendor comparison, bid analysis, and contract reasoning.\n\nReview and validate tasks and rubrics for accuracy, quality, and relevance.\n\nCommunication & Collaboration\nClearly articulate procurement challenges, task context, and evaluation standards.\n\nProduce well-structured written procurement documentation.\n\nCommunicate procurement reasoning effectively in written and verbal formats.\n\nCollaborate with project teams to refine and validate tasks and evaluation frameworks.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n4+ years of experience in corporate or public-sector procurement.\n\nDirect experience with supplier analysis, bid matrices, and contract negotiation.\n\nStrong expertise in analyzing non-standardized vendor submissions.\n\nExperience developing detailed supplier and bid comparison matrices.\n\nStrong knowledge of procurement best practices and supplier evaluation methodologies.\n\nUnderstanding of relevant procurement regulatory frameworks.\n\nCategory expertise in IT, industrial, or professional-services procurement.\n\nStrong contract reasoning and ability to explain procurement decisions.\n\nExceptional written English and ability to produce technical procurement documentation.\n\nStrong analytical
