You will draw on strong QA fundamentals, testing experience, and prior experience working with human data workflows to assess technical work against defined quality standards.\nThis opportunity is well suited to QA professionals who are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable identifying issues, documenting findings, evaluating technical outputs, and providing clear feedback.\nWhat You’ll Do\nTest Design & Execution\nDesign and execute test cases covering functional, regression, and edge-case scenarios.\nPerform both manual and automated testing.\nDocument testing results with clear, detailed, and reproducible steps.\nApply established QA principles to assess technical outputs and identify quality issues.\nBug Identification & Tracking\nIdentify bugs, defects, and other quality issues.\nLog and track bugs using structured reporting processes.\nClearly document findings so issues can be understood, reproduced, and evaluated.\nApply strong attention to detail when reviewing technical outputs.\nTechnical Output Evaluation\nEvaluate and rate technical outputs against defined quality criteria and rubrics.\nAssess outputs consistently against established standards.\nProvide detailed written feedback and annotations that can be used to improve output quality.\nIdentify areas where technical outputs do not meet the required quality criteria.\nCollaboration & Quality Standards\nCollaborate with project teams to refine evaluation guidelines.\nContribute to improving testing standards and evaluation processes.\nCommunicate technical findings clearly through written reports and verbal discussions.\nSupport consistent, high-quality evaluation across engineering workflows.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProven professional experience as a QA Engineer, SDET, Test Engineer, or in a similar role.\nStrong understanding of QA fundamentals, including: Test case design\nBug tracking\nRegression testing\nManual testing\nAutomated testing\nExpertise with test case design, bug tracking systems, and test management tools.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExceptional attention to detail.\nAbility to communicate complex findings clearly through written reports and verbal discussions.\nProactive and self-motivated approach to work.\nStrong commitment to quality, collaboration, and continuous learning.\nIdeal Candidate\nThe ideal candidate brings professional QA experience and a strong understanding of software testing practices.
