Prior AI experience is not required.\nKey Responsibilities\nERP & Supply Chain Operations\nUse ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms at a user level.\n\nSupport supply chain workflows and data-entry activities within ERP environments.\n\nApply practical understanding of ERP-supported supply chain processes.\n\nDemand Planning & Forecasting\nBuild straightforward demand forecasts using real or hypothetical data.\n\nDevelop supply plans based on available demand and operational inputs.\n\nApply basic demand-planning principles to support supply chain decision-making.\n\nSupplier Evaluation\nDevelop and complete supplier evaluation scorecards.\n\nAssess supplier performance across cost, quality, reliability, and service metrics.\n\nApply structured approaches to supplier performance monitoring and evaluation.\n\nIncorporate supplier insights into broader sourcing and procurement scenarios.\n\nInventory & Stock Analysis\nAnalyze inventory and stock levels.\n\nIdentify discrepancies, potential shortages, and inventory-related risks.\n\nUse available data to support inventory and supply planning decisions.\n\nReporting & Data Analysis\nPrepare clear, actionable supply chain reports using intermediate Excel functions.\n\nUse pivot tables, lookups, and basic formulas for supply chain analysis and reporting.\n\nTranslate operational data into practical insights for decision support.\n\nProcurement & Process Integration\nCombine sourcing insights with purchasing knowledge to simulate end-to-end procurement scenarios.\n\nDocument supply chain processes and workflows.\n\nCommunicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n5+ years of hands-on experience with leading ERP platforms in a supply chain environment.\n\nUser-level experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems.\n\nPractical experience with demand planning or demand forecasting.\n\nExperience developing or using supplier evaluation scorecards.\n\nUnderstanding of supplier performance metrics including cost, quality, reliability, and service.\n\nStrong inventory and stock-level analysis capabilities.\n\nIntermediate Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic formulas.\n\nExperience evaluating suppliers and managing supplier relationships through structured processes.\n\nUnderstanding of sourcing and procurement workflows.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbility to explain supply chain concepts and analysis
