Reach out to us, and let's chat!\nAs a Lead Solution Engineer, your primary responsibilities include:\nCollaborating with our Enterprise customers to identify and address their most critical business challenges.\nSupporting the sales team by conducting discovery calls and delivering product demonstrations for active deals.\nGathering requirements effectively to clearly define customer problems.\nBuilding and presenting compelling demonstrations of Freshworks products.\nArticulating the value of Freshworks solutions to a variety of audiences.\nEmbracing lifelong learning and continuously developing your skills.\nEvangelizing the refreshing user experience offered by the Freshworks platform.\n 6-8 years of Solution Engineering experience.\nExcellent soft skills and presentation abilities; you will rely on these daily!\nProven capability to work on cross-functional teams to address business and technical challenges.\nStrong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.\nDemonstrated time management skills in a dynamic sales environment; you will manage multiple deals monthly.\nHighly driven individuals with a focus on execution and a strong sense of urgency are encouraged to apply.\nA Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.\nExperience selling SaaS products to SLED/Manufacturing customers or ITSM platforms is preferred.\n Please note this is a hybrid role with onsite expectations of 3x/week (Tuesday - Thursday) from our Boston office.\nThe annual base salary range for this position is $136,085 - $168,105 USD.\nCompensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level.
