Come build it with us. \n Freshworks is looking for a Technical Curriculum Developer to join our growing Revenue Enablement team.\nIn this role, you'll create engaging technical learning experiences for Partners, Solution Engineers, Professional Services teams, and other customer-facing technical roles. You'll combine learning design, multimedia content creation, and technical proficiency to help learners confidently understand, demonstrate, and implement Freshworks solutions.\nYou'll work closely with technical subject matter experts and cross-functional partners to understand complex product concepts and translate them into clear, practical, and scalable digital learning experiences.\nFrom technical certifications and eLearning courses to videos, interactive learning activities, assessments, and job aids, your work will directly improve technical readiness and customer outcomes.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign and develop technical learning experiences including eLearning, certifications, assessments, simulations, videos, job aids, and learning paths for Partners, Solution Engineers, Professional Services, and other technical audiences. \nCreate polished, professional-quality multimedia learning content using text, video, audio, animations, interactions, and tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise). \nPartner with Solution Engineering, Professional Services, Product, Product Marketing, and technical SMEs to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical learning experiences. \nAssess learning needs and define appropriate course scope, learning objectives, content structure, and assessments based on learner and stakeholder requirements. \nWork with technical SMEs to identify the most important concepts learners need to know and help keep learning experiences focused, practical, and appropriately scoped. \nBuild and maintain technical certifications and readiness programs that prepare learners to confidently understand, demonstrate, and implement Freshworks solutions. \nMeasure learning effectiveness through assessments, learner feedback, and business outcomes, and continuously improve content based on what you learn. \n 5-8 years of experience designing technical curriculum, digital learning experiences, or enablement programs in a SaaS or technology environment\nDemonstrated ability to create polished, professional-quality multimedia learning content, including eLearning, video, audio, and interactive experiences\nStrong learning design skills, including the ability to define course scope, develop learning objectives, structure content, and build assessments that effectively measure learner progress \nExperience creating learning for technical audiences such as Solution Engineering, Professional Services, Partner Enablement, Customer Education, Customer Success, or similar customer-facing technical teams \nSolid technical foundation in computer science, SaaS, enterprise software, or related technologies, with the ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise learning content\nExperience developing eLearning using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) or similar authoring tools \nStrong technical writing and communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills \nAbility to collaborate effectively with technical SMEs and help distinguish essential learning content from \"nice-to-have\" information \nExperience designing technical certifications or assessments is a plus \nExperience with AI-powered learning tools or content creation is a plus \n This is a hybrid role with in-office expectations of 3 days/week (Tuesday - Thursday) from our San Mateo, CA headquarters.\nThe annual base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $150,000 USD. This role is also eligible for a target bonus.\nCompensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level.
