Today, its legacy lives on in luxury hotels, private residences, yachts, and jets, remaining dedicated to outfitting the world’s most exceptional spaces.\n Frette, the leading provider of luxury linens to the finest hotels and homes worldwide, is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the team.\nThe Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of Frette’s digital marketing initiatives across E-Commerce, Hospitality, and Retail. This role reports directly into the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager and works closely cross-functional teams.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nSupport the execution of digital marketing initiatives across E-Commerce, Hospitality, and Retail.\nManage the day-to-day scheduling and execution of Email and SMS campaigns, ensuring campaigns are accurate, on-brand, and launched on time.\nSupport the Social Media Manager to develop and maintain integrated content, Email, SMS, and social calendars.\nDeveloping campaign messaging and content based on seasonal priorities, product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.\nWork closely with Graphic Design to brief, coordinate, and manage creative assets for Email, SMS, paid media, and other digital channels.\nCoordinate the timely delivery of creative assets and campaign materials across Marketing, E-Commerce, and external partners.\nMonitor and develop reports for Email, SMS and paid media performance, tracking key Digital Marketing KPIs and identifying trends and opportunities.\nBuild and maintain UTM tracking codes for internally managed marketing campaigns.\nPartner with the CRM team to monitor Email and SMS customer databases, list growth, engagement, and deliverability.\nAssist with campaign setup, testing, QA, and troubleshooting across digital marketing platforms.\nMaintain awareness of competitor activity, digital marketing trends, and relevant industry and technology developments.\n Desired Skills and Experience:\n1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, CRM, or a related field; experience within luxury, fashion, home, or lifestyle is highly preferred.\n Experience with or exposure to marketing automation, CRM, or Email such as SalesForce Marketing Cloud platforms is highly preferred.\nComfortable working with data and using performance metrics to identify trends and insights.\nFamiliarity with Email and SMS marketing platforms and an understanding of Email/SMS best practices.\nStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.\nExperience with Google Analytics or a similar analytics platform.\nBasic knowledge of HTML/CSS.\nStrong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\nProficiency utilizing AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for data analysis.\nStrong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing creative, copy, links, tracking, and campaign setup.\nResourceful, collaborative, curious, and a creative problem-solver.\n All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nIt is the policy and commitment of Frette to provide equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals.
