Frette is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst & Administrator to support the implementation, configuration, management, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform.\nThe role will play a particularly important part during the initial implementation phase: the successful candidate will work closely with commercial departments to understand their processes, business needs, and priorities, translating them into functional and Salesforce requirements and collaborating with the external consultant responsible for the implementation to ensure that the solution developed effectively meets the company's needs.\nOnce the platform is implemented, the successful candidate will be responsible for its day-to-day administration and maintenance, while also providing user support, contributing to process optimization, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nBusiness Analysis & Salesforce Implementation\nCollaborate with commercial departments and other business stakeholders to understand processes, operational needs, and business objectives.\nGather, analyze, and document functional requirements.\nTranslate business needs into functional requirements and solutions that can be implemented within Salesforce.\nAssess existing processes and identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and improvement.\nAct as a bridge between the business and the external Salesforce consultant, ensuring that business requirements are correctly understood and translated into the technical solution.\nCollaborate with the external consultant throughout the design, configuration, testing, and implementation phases of the platform.\nSupport prioritization and contribute to the evaluation of different Salesforce solutions against business requirements.\nParticipate in functional testing and UAT, ensuring that implemented solutions meet agreed requirements.\nSupport the preparation of documentation related to processes, configurations, and platform functionalities.\nSupport change management and user adoption of the platform.\nSalesforce Administration & Support\nAdminister and support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.\nManage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.\nConfigure and customize objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.\nBuild and maintain automation using Salesforce Flow and available platform tools.\nSupport sales processes, including lead management, opportunity management, and forecasting.\nSupport customer service processes, including case management, queues, SLAs, and escalations.\nCreate and maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs.\nProvide user support and contribute to user training and platform adoption.\nAnalyze and resolve functional and technical Salesforce issues, coordinating with the external consultant when required.\nContribute to data quality through data management, data imports, deduplication, and governance best practices.\nSupport the management of integrations with third-party systems, working with external partners and relevant technical teams.\nMonitor Salesforce releases and new functionalities and assess their potential application within Frette.\nMaintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, functionalities, and best practices.\n SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS\n3-5 years of experience in Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant, Salesforce Functional Analyst, or similar roles.\nSalesforce Administrator Certification.\nHands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Flow.\nExcellent command of bothItalian and English.\nGood understanding of the Salesforce data model and security model.\nExperience configuring Salesforce and building Flows and automation.\nGood knowledge of reports, dashboards, and Salesforce data management tools.\nAbility to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.\nAbility to translate business needs into Salesforce requirements and solutions.\nExperience working with non-technical stakeholders and external consultants / system integrators.\nStrong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.\nAnalytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious experience in Retail, Luxury, Hospitality, or Wholesale environments.\nExperience in Salesforce implementation or transformation projects.\nFamiliarity with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and middleware.\nExperience in business analysis, process mapping, or functional consulting.\nExperience managing projects involving external consultants or system integrators.\nSalesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.\n We offer a full-time contract under the CCNL Tessile-Industria with an indicative gross annual salary of €60,000-65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
