Today, its legacy lives on in luxury hotels, private residences, yachts, and jets, remaining dedicated to outfitting the world’s most exceptional spaces.\n We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven Store Manager to lead our Boston boutique and drive business performance in a growing market.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLeadership & Team Development\nLead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team to consistently exceed sales and service goals\nRecruit, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration\nSet clear expectations, analyze performance, and implement action plans to drive results\nLead daily and monthly meetings to align priorities, communicate business updates, and strengthen team engagement\nSales & Business Development\nAct as a Frette Brand Ambassador, modeling elevated selling and storytelling around heritage and craftsmanship\nDrive store profitability through strong KPI management and strategic decision-making\nBuild and maintain a loyal client base through CRM, outreach, and personalized service\nEstablish partnerships with interior designers, hospitality partners, and local businesses to grow the brand presence\nEnsure an exceptional “white glove” client experience, including bespoke services and in-home consultations\nOperations & Store Excellence\nOversee all aspects of store operations including scheduling, reporting, and financial performance\nEnsure execution of visual merchandising and brand presentation standards\nManage inventory, stock flow, and loss prevention processes\nPartner with corporate teams to execute business initiatives and continuously improve store performance\nMaintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements\n Several years of retail management experience, preferably within luxury retail, hospitality, or interior design required\nProven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams\nStrong business acumen with the ability to analyze trends and adapt strategies\nExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills\nExperience with CRM tools, clienteling, and relationship-driven selling\nHighly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities\nProficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace\nFlexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to lift and mobilize items up to 40 lbs. using appropriate equipment and techniques\nAbility to move throughout the boutique, stockroom, and offsite locations as needed\nAbility to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, and climbing ladders\n Frette offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, commission, and performance-based bonus opportunities.
