Qualifications:

• Advanced professional knowledge within a recognised discipline, typically developed through higher education, substantial professional experience and ongoing professional development.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to evaluate information, identify solutions and support effective decision making.
• Ability to exercise sound professional judgement and provide recommendations on complex matters within the area of expertise.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and build constructive working relationships.
• Broad understanding of business processes, organisational practices and operational requirements relevant to the area of responsibility.
