Coordinate and provide financial information/reports relating to expansion and capital projects.\nTreasury Management: Oversee cash flow forecasting and liquidity management, review bank reconciliation statements and ensure timely posting of required BRS adjustments. Manage placement of term deposits based on liquidity requirements and liaise with bankers on banking arrangements and other business requirements.\nAccounting & Compliance: Assist AGM Finance on significant and non-routine accounting and reporting matters.\nBalance Sheet & Controls: Oversee key balance-sheet reconciliations, ageing and open items, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining robust financial controls.\nProcess Improvement: Identify control gaps and process inefficiencies and lead initiatives to strengthen internal controls, improve processes and drive automation.\nStakeholder Management: Coordinate with business and cross-functional stakeholders on finance matters.\nKey Expectations\nTimely month-end closure\nAccurate OneStream reporting\nEffective audit management\nStrong accounting compliance\nRobust PPE & balance-sheet controls\nEffective treasury management\nContinuous process improvement\nQualifications:\nChartered Accountant with 3 to 4 Years of experience in finance and accounts or statutory audit.\n \nThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
