Checks available capacity against demand and initiates measures at production and suppliers to match capacity with demand.\nCommunicates, manages, and solves actual and potential supply issues and take allocation decisions in case of bottleneck.\nManages phase-in/ phase-out situations in alignment with Category SCM and local SCMs.\nResponsible to achieve agreed stock levels and Service levels for his/her region.\nMaintains and periodically reviews planning master data. \nResponsible to define the optimal safety stock levels in all countries for his/her categories responsibilities, in alignment with local SCMs.\nProvides input to procurement on supplier performance, if managing Supply Planning from external suppliers.\nQualifications:\nBachelor in business and administration or in industrial engineering (University or University of applied sciences\n2/3 years’ experience in SCM Planning Dept ideally in consumer goods company or B2B\nDeep user knowledge in Microsoft Outlook,Word, Powerpoint, Excel mastery\nKnowledge of relevant ERP (MRP, parameters, Logics) and relevant Planning systems (SAP, IBP, ..)\nVery good English skills, minimum B2 level\nStrong customer oriented approach and Strong Analytical and problem solving skills\nStrong Communication skills enjoying working in international and intercultural environment\nStrong drive, proactive, result-oriented and eager to learn\n \nThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
