Design and deliver Power BI dashboards and reports to track sales KPIs, enquiries, and performance metrics, ensuring accurate and actionable business insights. Manage and structure business data (within developed solutions) using Dataverse and Dataflows, ensuring reliable data availability, integrity, and alignment with application requirements. Integrate digital solutions with Microsoft platforms and external systems through APIs, enabling seamless data flow and system interoperability. Enhance, maintain, and continuously improve existing applications and workflows based on user feedback and evolving business needs. Support end-to-end solution lifecycle management, including deployment, testing, and maintenance across Dev, Test, and Production environments. Ensure documentation of developed solutions, to ensure coding, logic, decision making
