The Injection Molding Machine Lead Operator will also ensure adherence to company standards for safety, clean environment, quality, and productivity in order to meet customer requirements.\nOperates and monitors equipment used in the production process.\n\nResponsible for the line performance regarding output and uptime.\n\nEnsures production processes remain compliant with Quality Policies and initiates appropriate measures in case of deviations.\n\nCleans and maintains machines and equipment.\n\nDigitally documents process and quality data.\n\nMaintains 5S in assigned work area.\n\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma, technical certification, vocational training, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nMinimum four (4) years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.\n\nMinimum two (2) years of experience operating Injection Molding Machines (Hydraulic, Electric, Vertical, etc.).\n\nMinimum two (2) years of experience working with Mold and Tooling Equipment (injection molds, mold temperature controllers, Mold heaters and chillers, etc.).\n\nMinimum two (2) years of experience working with measuring and inspection tools (Calipers, Micrometers, etc.).\n\nAbility to perform the essential functions of the position, including lifting up to 25 pounds on a regular basis and standing for extended periods during the workday.\n\nAbility to read and understand work instructions, safety procedures, and job-related documentation.\n\nAvailability to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed.\n\nAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\n\nCommunication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues.\nValue for Customers: Delivers superior value through commitment to quality, service and reliability.\nInnovation: Applies and shares ideas and best practices.
