Additional specialist training or further education in relevant process or operational excellence topics.\nExperience: 5-8 years of leadership experience in an industrial or multi-shift environment. Demonstrated ability to coordinate teams and ensure operational continuity. Significant experience in production line operations within a technical environment (mechanical, ideally plastics or textiles).\nKnowledge: Good understanding of operational best practices and how team workflows integrate into the broader production process. Awareness of competitive factors and elements that differentiate FPM products and processes in the market.
