Providing technical support for the successful introduction of new products and processes.\nOrganize and participate in proficiency testing (PT), round robin testing and inter-laboratory comparison programs to maintain and enhance laboratory competency.\nSpecial projects and assignments as ordered by superior and required by business.\nProvide ideas to improve department and company.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Analytical Chemistry or related disciplines. \nMinimum 8 years of quality control or laboratory management experience in chemical, lubricant, specialty materials or manufacturing industries, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. \nFamiliar with applicable IATF16949 requirements and quality core tools(PPAP/MSA, etc.);\nGood English skill - oral and written\nProficient in Microsoft Office and statistical analysis tools.\nVery strong hands-on experiences and trouble shooting skills.\nHigh sense of responsibility, good working attitude, positive thinking.\n300.000-350.000 CNY/year.
