Direct management experience is beneficial but not required.\nQuality Engineers, Senior Quality Engineers, and Quality Supervisors seeking to advance into a broader site leadership role are encouraged to apply.\nWorking knowledge of quality systems and tools such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, root cause analysis, or similar methodologies.\nDemonstrated ability to build strong relationships across operations, engineering, leadership teams, customers, and other stakeholders.\nStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence decisions and drive results.\n \nThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
