Sales Manager (ž/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• Identifying new business opportunities in international markets.
• Building long-term, trusted relationships with key customers.
• Presenting and selling high value-added products for the condensation solutions.
• Providing customer support and advice, preparing quotations, and collaborating with the R&D team.
• Participating in the customer complaint resolution process.
• Developing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and taking proactive action.
• Working closely with R&D, technology, and other departments.

Qualifications:

• A university degree in a technical or business-related field, combined with a strong interest in technology.
• 3-5 years of experience in international B2B sales, ideally in a technical industry.
• Fluency in English and a good command of other language (will be defined later!); knowledge of any additional language is considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and confidence working in a digital environment.
• Willingness to travel, up to 30% of working time.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, a results-oriented mindset, and excellent negotiation skills.
