Prepaid, Accruals);\nPerforms monthly checks and is proactive in proposing corrections in case they are required;\nInvolved in training new colleagues and/or in projects (roll-out, improvement opportunities).\nQualifications:\nUniversity graduate in Economics/Accounting;\nExperience in the General Accounting, Reporting & Controlling;\nExperience in IFRS and the local GAAP is mandatory;\nEnglish for business use is mandatory (German language is an advantage);\nGood computer skills related to Microsoft Office; Advanced Excel skills are mandatory;\nSAP Knowledge or different ERP experience is mandatory;\nFact-driven and strong analytical skills, detailed oriented attitude to identify accuracy;\nOpen to process improvements;\nTeam player;\nIdentifies improvement opportunities and works towards standardization and harmonization of processes;\nVery good communication skills;\nAbility to perform end-to-end process independently and ask for support when required;\nAbility to proactively identify any issue or risk and suggest solution;\nAbility to adjust to new situations and prioritize accordingly;\nProactive implementation of sustainable change.\n \nThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
