These ‘other duties’ will be agreed with Management prior to any assignment.\nQualifications:\nNFQ Level 8 or higher in a Technical Discipline (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics or Bio-Medical) is preferred.\nIdeally 5-7 years previous experience working within Medical Device/ Pharma Environment.\nHighly effective and articulate communication skills with an ability to convey and link with people at all levels of the organisation.\nAn ability to work cross functionally as this role requires interaction with different functions across the Group.\nDemonstrates a behaviour of high performance and creates an environment of high engagement within the NPI team.\nCertification or training in Lean Six Sigma, Agile Project Management, or similar methodologies.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\n \nThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
