Develops, as possible, flexible multi part low volume equipment to reduce floorspace utilization.\nObserve all Environmental Work Practices as they apply to your specific department.\nSupervise the maintenance and repair of manufacturing facility and equipment.\nResearch each machine and process to provide specific requirements for component replacement or repair, spare part's stocking, and contingency plans to provide uninterrupted service.\nEvaluate maintenance personnel on performance, training skills, and focus on their continuous improvement.\nTrains maintenance and tooling technicians as new technologies are introduced into production.\nInstall all new equipment and relocate existing equipment as required.\nEnsures all machines, equipment, and activities are safe and in accordance with all applicable company and government rules and guidelines.\nPerforms necessary measures to adhere to ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.\nQualifications:\nB.S. Engineering or closely related degree coupled with 8+ years of experience.\nFive or more years related experience.\nThorough knowledge of the installation, maintenance, and operation of all equipment used in the assembly.
