Strong ERP experience required, with SAP experience preferred, combined with proficiency in Power BI or similar analytics tools.\nExperience influencing business decisions through financial analysis, business partnership, operational collaboration, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.\nDemonstrated record of delivering business results, taking ownership of outcomes, and successfully managing increasing levels of responsibility throughout your career.\nDemonstrated learning agility, including examples of taking on unfamiliar challenges, expanding scope, adapting to changing business environments, and successfully translating new experiences into measurable results.\nProven leadership potential demonstrated through influencing stakeholders, leading strategic projects or business initiatives, exercising sound judgment, driving change, and operating beyond the expected scope of your current role, even without direct people leadership responsibility.\nDemonstrated strategic thinking, commercial acumen, continuous improvement leadership, and a willingness to relocate for future development opportunities as part of a long-term Finance & Controlling career path.\n \nThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
