The Sr. Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and implementing design solutions to meet the growing demands of the business and will work to help bring the brand to life at all customer touchpoints.\nResponsibilities to include:\nResponsible for design and production in a wide variety of formats including, digital, print, packaging, and presentations\nExecute and deliver an array of brand assets for the Frida website, emails, social and editorial platforms, advertisements, and in-store collateral\nMonitor projects through production including concepting, production, quality control and release\nResponsible for designs that are on strategy and reflect brand’s personality while ensuring brand consistency across all channels\nManage time constraints across all design projects\nStay current on all trends and the latest technological advances\nPhoto retouching when needed\nMeet with Marketing Director on weekly basis to understand marketing/creative priorities\nOther projects as assigned\nWhat You Will Need\nBachelor’s Degree in Design or related field\n5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within a marketing or creative agency\nExtensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite 5.5+, especially the following:\nFigma expert. Illustrator: Must be at expert level and know major points of application when applied to Print and Digital\nPhotoshop: Must be at expert level and know major points of application when applied to Print and Digital. Must be familiar with using application for digital productivity including Smart Objects, Layer Comps and Applying Effects)\nInDesign: Must be at expert level and know major points of application when applied to Print\nAfterEffects is a plus.
