Je vertaalt businessvraagstukken naar concrete oplossingen en begeleidt implementaties en migraties. Je bewaakt architectuur, kwaliteit en consistentie en richt DevOps-processen en CI/CD-straten in. Daarnaast adviseer je stakeholders tot op directieniveau, signaleer je kansen voor innovatie en coach je engineers en consultants. Je bent de verbinding tussen techniek, business en team.\nDeze werkgever is een IT-consultancybureau in Zwolle, gespecialiseerd in data en cloud. Je werkt in een informeel team van consultants en engineers, met korte lijnen, veel ruimte voor eigen inbreng en aandacht voor kennisdeling en opleiding.\nRequirements\nJij bent een ervaren architect die techniek en business moeiteloos verbindt. Je denkt in structuren, stelt scherpe vragen en legt complexe keuzes begrijpelijk uit. Je werkt klantgericht, neemt eigenaarschap en hebt plezier in het begeleiden van collega's. Daarnaast heb jij:\nhbo of wo werk- en denkniveau, bijvoorbeeld informatica of technische bedrijfskunde;\n\nruime ervaring als Azure Solutions Architect;\n\nervaring in een consultancyomgeving;\n\nkennis van Azure governance, security en compliance;\n\nervaring met DevOps en CI/CD;\n\nsterke communicatieve vaardigheden en stakeholdermanagement.\n\nIn deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega's.
