Je analyseert productiekosten, marges, voorraden en afwijkingen en vertaalt die cijfers naar concreet advies. Je stelt managementrapportages, dashboards en analyses op en ondersteunt bij budgettering, forecasting en de maand- en jaarafsluiting. Daarnaast draag je bij aan consolidatie en intercompany controles en verbeter je de rapportage- en ERP-processen. Zo help je de organisatie scherpere keuzes maken.\nDeze werkgever is een internationaal productiebedrijf in Elburg. De financiele organisatie werkt samen met collega's in verschillende landen en is volop in ontwikkeling, waardoor er ruimte is om processen zelf mede vorm te geven.\nRequirements\nJij bent analytisch, kritisch en hands-on. Je voelt je thuis in een productieomgeving en weet cijfers te vertalen naar praktisch advies dat collega's buiten finance ook begrijpen. Je werkt gestructureerd en zoekt zelf de samenwerking op met operations en inkoop. Daarnaast heb jij:\neen afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in finance, accounting of bedrijfseconomie;\n\nervaring als business controller, cost accountant of binnen manufacturing finance;\n\nkennis van kostprijzen, standaardkosten, marges en voorraadadministratie;\n\nervaring met ERP- en rapportagesystemen, Excel en bij voorkeur BI-tools;\n\neen goede beheersing van het Nederlands en het Engels.\n\nIn deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega's.
