Je zorgt voor een actuele administratie, betrouwbare tussentijdse cijfers en een zorgvuldig samengestelde jaarrekening. Je verdiept je in de vragen van je klanten en schakelt soepel tussen dossiers. Daarnaast geef je richting aan assistenten, bewaak je de planning en signaleer je waar processen slimmer kunnen.\nDeze werkgever is een accountants- en advieskantoor met een vestiging in Zwolle. Ondernemers uit het midden- en kleinbedrijf vormen een belangrijk deel van de klantenkring, naast instellingen en grotere organisaties.\nRequirements\nJij werkt zelfstandig en levert kwaliteit, ook als het druk wordt. Je vindt het leuk om ondernemers verder te helpen en vertaalt cijfers naar begrijpelijk advies. Je houdt overzicht, bewaakt je eigen planning en helpt collega's graag vooruit. Daarnaast heb jij:\neen afgeronde hbo-opleiding accountancy of bedrijfseconomie;\n\nmeerdere jaren ervaring in een samenstelpraktijk;\n\nervaring met het zelfstandig samenstellen van jaarrekeningen;\n\neen klantgerichte en adviserende instelling;\n\naffiniteit met het begeleiden van minder ervaren collega's.\n\nIn deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega's.
