Jij legt contact met nieuwe klanten via cold canvassing, netwerken en beurzen. Je bouwt aan een sterke klantrelatie en werkt aan de juiste strategische aanpak. Je weet de klant met enthousiasme en kennis te overtuigen tot samenwerking. Je werkt samen met de marketingafdeling om ervoor te zorgen dat de boodschap op de juiste plek terechtkomt.\nDit familiebedrijf is al een aantal decennia actief in civiele en bouwkundige projecten in binnen- en buitenland. Creativiteit, vakmanschap en kennis spelen een grote rol. Het is een dynamische organisatie waar ze veel bezig zijn met innovatie en het creëren van nieuwe ontwerpen en oplossingen.\nRequirements\nJij functioneert goed bij veel vrijheid en weet je eigen werkstructuur op te bouwen. Je legt gemakkelijk contact met anderen, binnen en buiten de organisatie en op verschillende niveaus. Je bent oplossings- en klantgericht. Daarnaast heb je:\nMbo+ werk- en denkniveau;\n\nEen flexibele agenda i.v.m. netwerkevents in avonduren.\n\nIn deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega’s.
