In this role, you deliver excellent customer service to stakeholders, sustain ongoing data quality, and act as a key bridge between business teams and technical experts to support smooth and reliable processes.\nVacancy description:\nFully understand the data maintenance processes and use this knowledge to manage future system data changes effectively\nEnter, test, and release master data items in SAP or other related systems\nEfficiently monitor tickets, prioritise and deal/dispatch to achieve fulfilment of KPIs (within data quality standards)\nKeep regular communication with all interested parties, ensuring that they know the status of pending requests and any related issues\nRun reports and queries to highlight data quality issues\nIdentify problem data areas, investigate, and change or suggest rectification procedures (such as de-duplication)\nUnderstand different business areas and related data management needs\nProvide business “helpdesk”-type support about master data management and act as first line support (point of information and escalation) for the business\nBuild and maintain good relationships with the business (e.g., requestors, local data stewards, etc.)\nContinuously support system and process improvement initiatives.\nWhat we ask:\nRelevant Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a recognized university is an advantage\nGood communication skills in English (written and verbal)\n0-2 years of relevant experience; office-based administrative experience with regular contact between various departments\nExperience in master data management is an advantage\nExperience in multi- or cross-functional working teams is an advantage\nShared service experience is an added advantage\nTime management and prioritization skills\nExcel, SAP, and MDG, or any other MDM management tool, knowledge is an advantage\nWhat we offer:\nA wide range of benefits (cafeteria, home office and sustainable travel allowance, MetLife life- and accident insurance, Medicover package, annual bonus)\nHome office opportunity (3 days/week)\nOpportunity to bring in your ideas and to develop further\nChallenging tasks with real added value\nCheerful environment with colleagues from different cultures\nHigh-quality, business-relevant master data has never been more critical, especially as the volume, usage, and value of data continue to grow across the organization.
