Your time will be divided across the following key areas:\nProject Management & Coordination (40%)\nSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic business and people-related projects.\nTrack project milestones, timelines, and action items.\nPrepare project updates, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.\nCoordinate meetings, follow-ups, and project documentation.\nBusiness Operations Support (30%)\nProvide administrative support for selected business activities.\nAssist with document management, data maintenance, and coordination tasks.\nSupport ad hoc operational projects as required.\nEmployee Engagement & Communications (20%)\nSupport employer branding, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.\nAssist in organizing events, campaigns, and communication activities.\nCreate communication materials, surveys, and feedback summaries.\nTrack participation rates and engagement metrics.\nReporting & Analytics (10%)\nDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.\nConsolidate and analyse data to generate insights and recommendations.\nSupport periodic reporting requirements and performance tracking.\nPrepare presentations and visual reports for management discussions.\nWho We Are Looking For\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Economics, Psychology, or related disciplines.\nAvailable for a minimum internship period of 6 months.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.\nKnowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is an advantage.\nStrong organizational and project coordination skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nDetail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.\nWhat You Will Gain\nExposure to strategic business and people initiatives.\nHands-on experience in project management and business analytics.\nOpportunity to develop dashboards and reporting capabilities.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.\nParticipation in employee engagement and organizational development projects.\nFor thousands of people every day, we are more than just a dairy company.
