AGS creates opportunities to build partnerships, exchange insightsand drive business growth.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for an organisedand client-focused Account Manager to manage client relationships and support the day-to-day operational and administrative activities of the business.\nIn this role, you will ensure smooth client communication, maintain\naccuraterecords, coordinate ongoing activities, and provide administrative support to the Managing Director to keep processes organisedand running efficiently.\nKey Responsibilities\nClient communication: Manage day-to-day client communication, respond to enquiries, provide updates, and ensure timelyfollow-ups.\nCRM management: Maintainaccurateand up-to-date client information, deal records, and activity history in HubSpot.\n\nAdministrative support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, record-keeping, and reporting.\nDocumentation management: Coordinate and maintaindocumentation, ensuring all information is complete, accurate,and up to date.\nInternal coordination: Coordinate with colleagues across the business to ensure smooth communication, timelyfollow-ups, and completion of ongoing tasks.\nData management: Ensure information is consistent across internal systems, records, and documentation.\nOperational support: Track ongoing activities, deadlines, and outstanding tasks, and help maintainefficient day-to-day processes.\nRequirements\nPreviousexperience in Account Management, Sales Administration, Sales Operations, Customer Success, or a similar role.\nExcellent written and spoken English.\nStrong organisationalskills and attention to detail.\nExperience with CRM systems;
