You’ll work across a wide range of formats, from social media campaigns and email marketing to e-learning illustrations, brand identity, and exhibition stand design.\nKey Responsibilities\nBrand Identity and Visual Design\nContribute to brand development, create visual concepts for new initiatives, and ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and business objectives.\nSocial Media and Digital Marketing\nCreate engaging designs for social media channels, including campaign visuals, promotional graphics, and branded content. Develop creative assets that support marketing campaigns and communicate our services effectively.\nEmail Marketing\nDesign email campaign visuals, banners, and supporting graphics that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.\nE-learning Illustrations and Educational Content\nCreate original illustrations and visual assets for our e-learning courses. Work with relevant teams to turn complex topics into clear, engaging visuals that support learning objectives and improve the learner experience.\nExhibition and Event Design\nDevelop exhibition stand concepts and designs, taking projects from initial ideas through to production-ready artwork. Prepare print-ready files, follow technical specifications, and ensure all materials meet brand and quality standards.\nCreative Project Ownership\nManage design projects independently, from understanding the brief and developing concepts to incorporating feedback and delivering final assets. Prioritise competing requests, manage deadlines, and maintain consistent quality across projects.\nCross-functional Collaboration\nWork closely with marketing, e-learning, and other internal teams to understand project requirements, contribute creative ideas, and deliver design solutions that meet business needs.\nContinuous Improvement\nStay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices. Identify opportunities to improve visual communications, streamline creative workflows, and strengthen our brand and content.\nRequirements\nSignificant professional experience in graphic design, supported by a strong portfolio across digital and print formats.\nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. \nProven experience developing brand identities and maintaining consistent visual branding across multiple channels. \nStrong experience creating digital marketing assets, including social media designs, email campaign visuals, and promotional materials. \nExcellent illustration skills, ideally with experience producing educational, explanatory, or e-learning visuals. \nExperience designing exhibition stands or other large-format print materials, including preparing production-ready artwork. \nAbility to manage projects independently, from the initial brief and creative concept through to final delivery. \nStrong understanding of typography, composition, colour theory, layout, and visual storytelling. \nExcellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high design standards across multiple projects. \nStrong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. \nA proactive approach to problem-solving, with the confidence to contribute ideas and recommend creative solutions. \nGood communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.\nNice to Have\nPhotography skills and experience capturing professional-quality images.\nVideo shooting and editing skills, particularly for social media and marketing campaigns.\nExperience creating motion graphics or animations.\nFamiliarity with e-learning platforms, educational content, or instructional design.\nExperience working with international brands or across multiple business areas.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nYou’ll help strengthen iGaming Academy’s visual identity across digital, educational, and event channels.
