Warehouse Executive

Responsibilities:

• Supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, moving, picking, packing, and shipping materials in accordance with established processes and work instructions
• Maintaining accurate inventory and material records by processing inventory transactions, monitoring stock movements, and documenting relevant information in the designated systems
• Ensuring correct handling and quality of materials by performing inspections, verifying material accuracy, and reporting discrepancies or issues as required
• Supporting the smooth flow of materials by coordinating inbound and outbound activities and working with internal departments to meet operational requirements
• Operating and maintaining warehouse equipment and tools in accordance with defined procedures and maintenance schedules
• Contributing to process improvements by identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting the implementation of agreed actions
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work environment by following safety requirements, housekeeping standards, and company guidelines
• If applicable: Managing waste collection, disposal, and sorting activities in accordance with defined specifications and ensuring accurate recording of related information in the designated documentation systems
• All other duties as assigned by management (e.g. nomination for projects/desks)

Requirements:

• No professional education required
• English language skills and/or local language at a level appropriate for the position
