management and multidisciplinary engineering teams to aid in the creation and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule\nSupport Program Managers in the development, analysis, and maintenance of Estimates at Completion (EACs) and Estimates to Complete (ETCs) related to engineering scope, staffing, schedules, and technical execution\nParticipate in Program Management Reviews (PMRs), EAC reviews, and executive-level program reviews to provide technical and programmatic insight to senior leadership and customers\nSupport proposal activities for new business opportunities, including technical scope development, basis of estimate creation, resource planning, and schedule development\nSupport Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and other contract modification efforts through technical assessment, cost/schedule impact analysis, and cross-functional coordination\nIdentify potential technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid schedule delays and cost overruns\nOversee the system integration of all subsystems including RF, DC, Digital, and Mechanical components\nEnsure all subsystems function together and meet performance criteria\nCommunicate with program management on the status of technical progress through each critical milestone from program kickoff to program closeout\nAct as the technical point of contact for all stakeholders to ensure concerns are addressed in a timely manner and customer expectations are met and/or exceeded\n Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field.\nMinimum eight (8) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline.OR (12) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree.\nOR (6) years of experience may be considered w/ a Masters Degree.\nOR (3) years of experience may be considered w/ a PhD.\n\nAbility to obtain and/or maintain a Security
