The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Forms, Reports, Oracle APEX, and PL/SQL development, with a proven ability to build scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications while providing production support in a 24/7 operational environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Oracle Forms and Reports (Developer 12c/19c).\n\n- Develop and optimize PL/SQL procedures, packages, functions, and queries.\n\n- Create and maintain complex reports using Oracle Reports.\n\n- Develop modern web applications using Oracle APEX (22.x or higher).\n\n- Build interactive dashboards, reports, charts, and grids.\n\n- Perform database development activities including creation of tables, views, indexes, triggers, and other database objects.\n\n- Enhance existing applications for performance, scalability, and usability improvements.\n\n- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.\n\n- Monitor and optimize Oracle database and application performance.\n\n- Participate in application deployment and migration across Development, Test, and Production environments.\n\n- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.\n\n- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and user manuals.\n\n- Support mission-critical plant systems operating in a 24x7 environment.\n\nRequired Qualifications :\n\n- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\n\n- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, and Oracle APEX development.\n\n- Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certification is preferred.\n\nTechnical Skills :\n\n- Oracle Developer Forms & Reports 12c / 19c\n\n- Oracle Database 12c / 19c\n\n- Strong SQL and PL/SQL programming skills\n\n- Oracle APEX (22.x or above)\n\n- Oracle Database Architecture knowledge\n\n- XML Programming\n\n- SQL/PLSQL Performance Tuning\n\n- Debugging and Troubleshooting\n\n- Unix/Linux Shell Scripting\n\nPreferred Skills :\n\n- Oracle Forms Migration (Developer 2000, 6i, 10g, 11g, 12c, 19c)\n\n- Pro-C Programming\n\n- JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS\n\n- REST APIs and JSON Integration\n\n- Oracle Analytics / OBIEE\n\n- Power BI\n\n- Microsoft Azure\n\n- Python or R\n\n- Responsive Design and Theme Roller Customization\n\nSoft Skills :\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities\n\n- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills\n\n- Ability to work independently and collaboratively\n\n- Strong documentation and technical writing skills\n\n- Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure production environments\n\nProject Experience :\n\n- Successful development of Oracle Forms & Reports-based applications.\n\n- Oracle APEX application development and deployment.\n\n- Optimization of SQL and PL/SQL code for high-volume transactional systems.\n\n- Migration of legacy Oracle Forms applications from Developer 2000/6i/10g/11g to newer versions.\n\n- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and resolution of production issues.\n\n- Performance tuning of Oracle databases and
