The Contract Administrator will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering a wide range of commercial and operational contracts, ensuring full compliance with company policies, Saudi commercial and maritime laws, and applicable international standards.\nThe role requires close coordination with procurement, finance, and operations teams, monitoring contract performance, managing variations and claims, and proactively identifying and mitigating contractual and commercial risks.
