specifications\nCoordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Program Management to communicate project priorities, resolve execution challenges, and keep deliverables on track\nCollaborate with program management and multidisciplinary engineering teams to aid in the creation and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule\nIdentify potential technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid schedule delays and cost overruns\nOversee the system integration of all subsystems including RF, DC, Digital, and Mechanical components\nEnsure all subsystems function together and meet performance criteria\nCommunicate with program management on the status of technical progress through each critical milestone from program kickoff to program closeout\nAct as the technical point of contact for all stakeholders to ensure concerns are addressed in a timely manner and customer expectations are met and/or exceeded\n Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Related Field of Study\nMinimum five (5) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline.OR (9) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree.\nOR (3) years of experience may be considered w/ a Masters
