exploratory and applicative research in the development of new chemistry for precision cleaning, coating materials and processes.\nInvolve the optimization of precision cleaning, coatings and assist processes.\nOptimize the coating materials, formulations, processes, and products.\nPerform complex processing experiments, and / or lead the projects / studies.\nAdapt to new technologies, new designs of experiments and new laboratory techniques.\nWrite experimental results and technical reports and present at group and R&D meeting.\nInterface with other Coating team personnel as well as global R&D Departments, Engineering, Production, laboratories, vendors, etc.\nBeing responsible for internal technical support and external technical cooperation.\nBeing responsible for the development and innovation of products, creating and implementing the POR, the standardization and quantitative management of the team.\nDoing technical analysis and quality analysis regularly, being responsible for avoiding and remedying the mistakes of products and guiding the supervision of unqualified products.\nStrong business partnering, influencing, communication, stakeholder alignment, people management skills.\nAny other duties as assigned\nRequirements:\nDiploma or Degree in Mechanical / Material Engineering\n1 year of working experience in production environment\nOn job training includes 1 year attachment in Production line.\nInnovation mind & strong interest in laboratory work and passionate for innovation\nInitiative, good analytical skills & good report writing skills.\nSelf-motivated team player and able to work with minimum supervision\nGood communication and interpersonal skills, able to work efficiently in a multi-cultural environment.\nDemonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin will be an added advantage in order to liaise with associates.\nRequired to travel overseas on business needs.\nSkills\nMarket
