This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end activities, ensuring accuracy of financial reporting, and leading finance operations with a strong focus on compliance, efficiency, and process improvement. As a senior Accountant, oversee the month-close process, and play a key role in ERP implementation and optimization (NetSuite).\nWhat You’ll Do\nCollaborate and work closely with the finance team across multiple F&A functions within Shared Services.\nOversee month-close activities, including scheduling, review of reports, and accuracy of financial statements.\nPrepare & Review journal entries (routine and non-routine, including tax adjustments).\nEnsure compliance with controllership requirements and accounting standards.\nDrive NetSuite implementation projects with hands-on involvement in system setup, workflows, and reporting.\nCollaborate with internal and external auditors to support audit readiness and compliance.\nProvide financial leadership by analyzing results, preparing variance reports, and supporting strategic decisions.\nCollaborate, Mentor and coach team members to build capability, engagement, and growth within the team.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in commerce (B. Com); CA Inter or CPA (in progress) preferred.\n6-8 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with strong exposure to controllership, month-close, and ERP systems.\nProven experience in working with finance teams in a MNC Shared Services or corporate environment.\nExpertise in journal entry review, reconciliations, non-routine entries, and financial reporting.\nStrong understanding of US GAAP/IFRS, internal controls, and compliance requirements.\nHands-on expertise with NetSuite implementation (mandatory).\nExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProficiency with NetSuite (NS) as the primary ERP system.\nExposure to MS Dynamics, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks Online (QBO).\nExperience working in Shared Services or professional services firms.\nNot Sure You Meet Every Requirement?\nWe know that great candidates may not match every qualification listed.
