You will lead a team of Customer Experience Analysts and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze the effectiveness of strategies and processes. You will be a leader at heart and are excited to mentor and develop your team. More than that, this role is about providing top-quality service and doing it with integrity, caring, and excellence in mind.\nWhat you’ll do:\nLead and mentor a team of Consumer Experience Analysts and execute policies and procedures in alignment with the company's strategic objectives\nPartner with stakeholders across the organization to analyze the effectiveness of current product strategies and processes, and develop recommendations for improvement\nAct as the primary point of contact for line of business stakeholders to assign product work deliverables to other team members\nEnsure that internal controls are in place and compliance requirements are met\nStay informed of industry trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimizations\nAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes\nWhat you’ll need:\nBachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience in banking product operations\n5+ years of consumer banking experience\nDemonstrated knowledge of bank laws and regulations\nProven ability to lead high-performing teams\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nProficient in Microsoft computer applications\nAdditional Preferred Skills:\nFrost Bank retail and consumer banking experience\nBranch management experience\nOur Benefits:\nAt Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
