You have the specialized expertise to maintain areas’ electric, mechanical, plumbing and automation systems. You will use your systematic approach and observant mindset to develop and implement maintenance procedures. More than that, this role is about efficiency and constant support, all with integrity, caring, and excellence in mind.\nWhat you’ll do:\nCoordinate vendor support and maintenance related activities for Frost’s facilities systems and mission-critical data center infrastructure including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building automation systems\nEnsure appropriate resources are available to complete preventative and corrective maintenance activities\nCoordinate vendor-supported network activities by overseeing outsourced vendors and ensuring services meet Frost’s standards for quality, safety, and performance\nManage maintenance inventories and vendor invoices to maintain cost-effective inventory levels and service standards\nDevelop and maintain maintenance procedures, standards, schedules and documentation to promote consistent and efficient data center operations\nPartner with IT on projects by reviewing power and data requirements, coordinating installations and hardware moves, validating infrastructure capacity, and participating in weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings\nMaintain building management network activities, including planning, scheduling and documenting network disaster recovery (DR) tests\nRespond to audit and compliance requests, supporting assessments and reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and Frost’s standards\nAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes\nWhat you’ll need:\n4+ years of experience in facilities, data center support, or a related area\nA valid driver's license and a clean driving record\nStrong organizational, communication, vendor-management, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to coordinate multiple maintenance activities and projects in a mission-critical environment\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications\nAdditional Preferred Skills:\nState licensed Master or Journeyman Electrician\nState licensed Air Conditioning Contractor\nExperience supporting data center infrastructure, critical facilities, or building management systems\nOur Benefits:\nAt Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
