Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

The EA / PA will provide strategic and operational support to senior leaders at Frost & Sullivan. Acting as a trusted partner to the leadership team, this role combines high-level executive assistance with project coordination, revenue operations support, and business management activities to ensure the smooth execution of key priorities and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage executive diaries and coordinate internal and client meetings.
• Arrange travel, accommodation, expenses, and other business logistics.
• Support leadership meetings by preparing agendas, coordinating attendees, tracking actions, and ensuring follow-up.
• Assist with project management and cross-functional business initiatives.
• Develop presentations, reports, and PowerPoint decks for executive and client-facing meetings.
• Support revenue operations activities, data management, reporting, and business performance tracking.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the business to drive projects and strategic priorities forward.
• Act as a key liaison between leadership and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and organization

  Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, Communications, Management, or any other relevant field
