We are also open to flexible and part-time working arrangements.\nLocation: Barnt Green (5 days a week, office-based)\nPosition Type: Full-time, initial 6 month fixed-term contract, with a view to extending to a longer-term or permanent role.\nWorking Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm\nThe Role\nAs a Property Manager, you'll own the day-to-day running of a dedicated residential portfolio. You'll be the main point of contact between tenants, landlords and contractors, keeping every home well maintained, compliant and well run. Based on an initial 6 month contract, there is an opportunity to extend to a longer term contract or full-time role. This role is based in our Barnt Green office 5 days a week.\nWhat You'll Do\nBe the main point of contact for your property portfolio.\nKeep service high across the four key areas of property management: maintenance, compliance, move-outs and inspections.\nNegotiate deposit deductions with landlords and tenants, and refer disputes to TDS when needed.\nResolve landlord, tenant and contractor issues quickly and professionally.\nKeep your portfolio compliant with UK safety legislation and housing standards.\nWork with other departments, including lettings, so the move-out > move-in process runs smoothly.\nWhat We're Looking For\n2-4 years of UK property management experience.\nStrong knowledge of UK lettings regulations and compliance.\nStrong communicator: clear, professional and confident with customers. Not afraid of making calls or having difficult conversations, while staying empathetic.\nFast learner, comfortable with technology: you pick up new processes and systems quickly and are comfortable when they change.
