As a key point of contact between tenants, contractors, and owners, you will ensure every home is maintained to the highest standard.\nWorking closely with agency teams and managers, you will play an important role in enabling Dwelly’s vision to transform the lettings industry in the UK. This role requires an individual that is comfortable with frequent change, is highly resilient and has a proactive mindset.\nYour Day-to-Day\nServe as the primary point of contact for a specified property portfolio. \nAdopt the Dwelly CRM as the primary platform of facilitating portfolio management.\nConsistently maintain a high level of service across the 4 key areas of Dwelly property management (maintenance, compliance, move-outs, inspections).\nNegotiate with Landlord and Tenant with regards to deposit deductions and referring to TDS, when necessary.\nResolve landlord, tenant, contractor issues in a timely and professional manner.\nEnsure your portfolio is compliant to UK safety legislation and housing standards.\nAny other duties within your capabilities as requested by Management.\nWhat We're Looking For\nEssential:\n2-3+ years of experience in operations or customer service.\nExcellent communication and customer service skills\nOptional: Strong UK lettings regulations knowledge\nComfortable with technology adoption \nComfort with ambiguity and rapid change\nHighly resilient\nWould be a plus:\nTech-enabled environment experience\nExperience with multiple CRMs\nCompensation & Benefits:\nCompetitive salary based on performance, recognising exceptional contributions to our integration success.\nWhat is it like being a Dwell-er?\nFeel free to check out Dwelly Core Principles.
