You'll carry out property inspections, inventories, check-ins and check-outs, while also creating marketing content and conducting viewings across the portfolio. \nHours: 37.5 - Monday to Friday, with Saturdays 9am-1pm on a rota, plus a half day off during the week\nWhat You'll Do\nCarry out check-ins and check-outs\nConduct mid-term inspections\nComplete inventories and schedules of condition\nCarry out pre-leaving inspections, as applicable\nProduce inspection and compliance reports in line with deposit service requirements\nEnsure compliance with health & safety, fire, and gas requirements\nCreate property marketing content, including photos, videos and floor plans\nConduct and manage property viewings and collect feedback\nSupport miscellaneous appointments as needed\nWhat We're Looking For \n1+ years of experience in lettings or property sales (desired not essential)\nStrong understanding of UK residential lettings regulations\nAdaptable and quick to learn in a tech-driven, fast-changing environment\nFull UK driving licence\nComfortable using CRMs, property portals, and online communication tools\nExperienced with digital tools for remote collaboration, such as Slack, Google Meet and Google Docs\nNice to Have\nFamiliarity with Giraffe or other 360 cameras\nFamiliarity with inventory software\nCompensation & Benefits:\nCompetitive salary based on performance, recognising exceptional contributions to our integration success.\nWhat is it like being a Dwell-er?\nFeel free to check out Dwelly Core Principles.
